Andrew was born in 1953 within a pitching wedge of Royal Birkdale, but spent all but the first two of the next 27 years of his life in Bolton and remains a committed Wanderer to this day. He excelled at golf, cricket and badminton at school, but decided to concentrate on golf and was a European Tour regular until 1989. His one victory came at the Sao Paulo 0pen in 1985. Formed International Sports Management in 1989 from a base at his long-time sponsors Mere Golf and Country Club and was joined in 1993 by David, a former PGA professional born in 1963 whose background was in the public relations sector and was eager to break into golf management. David drove down to the 0pen at Sandwich to meet Chubby for the first time and he was rewarded with a job a month later.

Caddie: Vernon Cook

Vernon Cook is my caddie at present. 'Vern' actually started on tour in the very same tournament as I did, the 1996 Dimension Data Pro-am at Sun City in South Africa. He started his career with Gary Evans and then worked for Brian Davis for ten years -  five of which were on the PGA Tour in America.

Coach: Clive Tucker

Clive has returned as my coach - he now works from Wildwood Golf Club, near Horsham in West Sussex.  Clive considers himself privileged to have worked alongside some of the World’s leading instructors such as David Leadbetter and Dennis Pugh and his teaching has taken him worldwide. Although Clive teaches tour professionals he also teaches at all levels of the game.

Personal Trainer: Paul Hoskings

Paul has been involved in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and has provided assistance to national and international athletes from many sports. He has established an upmarket Health Club, owned and managed a Personal Training consultancy and worked as consultant for several fitness based projects and companies. He currently acts as senior fitness consultant to Rejuve, the world's first airport wellbeing club which is in Heathrow Terminal 1 and expected to expand worldwide. He also works on the European and PGA golf tours maintaining and developing the strength and condition of several of the world's leading golfers.

Putting Consultant: Dr Paul Hurrion BA (Hons) PhD

A varied and active sporting life and sports-injury related studies gave Paul the grounding to build a company with his father to provide quality performance analysis software and top class coaching CD's. Paul specialises in biomechanical analysis using high speed cameras, force platforms and computers. He is a leading biomechanist contracted to UK Athletics, International Cricket Council, English Cricket Board and British Diving. Paul also serves on the Biomechanics Advisory Board of the Titleist Performance Institute. His passion for golf has led to him specialising in putting analysis and advice.

Putting Consultant: Harold Swash

Harold has been in the golf industry as coach and designer of putters and training aids for 40 years and is regarded as one of the best in his field. Born in Birmingham and an Aston Villa supporter, he lives in Southport and is a member of the prestigious Hillside Golf Club. Many of the world's top golfers and a dozen golfing federations have sought his advice because of his uncomplicated and common sense approach to putting. He offers a unique coaching experience at the Harold Swash Putting School of Excellence.
